Olatunde Olayinka Damilola, Esq. is the Founder and Lead Practitioner of Heltavel Legal Practitioners.

A First Class Honours graduate of Law from Adekunle Ajasin University and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, he is a strategic legal adviser and advocate with experience in litigation, dispute resolution, criminal defence, private and corporate trusts, startup law, aviation law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Before founding Heltavel Legal Practitioners, he worked with the litigation team at Tope Temokun Chambers, where he contributed to prominent constitutional, human rights, criminal, election-related, and public interest cases. He has represented clients before courts across Nigeria and is recognised for meticulous preparation, persuasive advocacy, and practical legal solutions. He is also a legal writer, public commentator, and adviser to startups and emerging businesses.
